I haven’t heard anything on my candles and I can’t even find my transaction number I don’t think one was ever sent to me can u please send it to me and let me know the status of my candles. Are all being sent on the 15th?

Hello, I placed an order on 11/15 for two candles from Hillary Thomas (one of each).
I cannot find anything in my emails with confirmation number. However the charge shows on my credit card statement. I sent an email to Hillary Thomas Designs but heard nothing back. Can you please tell me how I might be able to find out what the status of my order is?
